Ethical fashion and sustainable print
Take a look at some of our fashion forward work from recent years, for brands including Stella McCartney, ISSA, and Wrangler.
The fashion industry is changing. Once considered a major contributor to global carbon emissions, many brands are exploring alternative materials and processes to improve the environmental impacts of fast fashion.
Look books and more
Print can play a part in supporting the industry’s push to be more ethical.
We work with ethical fashion brands to create and produce environmentally responsible marketing collateral; visual identities, look books, catalogues, garment tags, shop cards and display boards, for example.
Vegetable inks and seaweed paper
Printing responsibly shouldn’t mean limiting yourself to grainy, recycled papers (although we do those too). We source the latest stock from leading paper merchants, and as Forestry Stewardship Council approved printers we guarantee our FSC papers originate from well-managed forests.
Perhaps you want something a little outré? We have papers made from seaweed, nuts, fruit, and coffee bean processing.
We use vegetable oil based inks to give rich colour reproduction, or toner-based inks which are food-safe (although unfortunately not edible).
Work with us
We can offer advice on the least harmful formats, papers, and finishes to use for your materials.
We have a lot of experience to draw on, as our environmental policy has evolved over 40 years as an ethical business and employee-owned print co-operative.
We would love to work with more sustainable fashion brands. If you’d like to make your materials greener please contact us before your next marketing campaign.
