Okido
October 9, 2009 Calverts

Pics9Oct09 002Featuring Messy Monster, Squirrel Boy, Yoga Monkey and Zim Zam Zoom, Okido, the brilliantly funny arts and science magazine for young children, is on press as we write.

Read the full story about the ideas behind the comic and the people behind it this feature from last week’s Guardian.

Calverts prints Okido on 120gsm paper,  made from 100% de-inked, post consumer recycled waste – it’s easy for children to draw on, and looks and feels great. We use Bio linseed and soya oil based, rather than mineral oil based, inks with low levels of drying additives and other nasties.
