Early Warning Guide

Early Warning Guide

Written by Tina Winders and designed by Abrahams, we’ve just printed the new edition of Locality’s ‘Early Warning Guide’.

Aimed at board members and senior managers in third sector organisations – from the very large to the very small – the Guide invites its readers to ‘traffic light’ strengths and weaknesses in their governance, finance and business performance by answering a series of simple questions. Examples include “Do we ALL understand financial figures presented to us?” and “What proportion of our total income comes from our two biggest funders or customers?” – actually, the kinds of questions any organisation should regularly ask itself, whether third sector, private or co-operative.

The Guide was litho printed on Oxygen FSC certified 100% post-consumer recycled paper, with Bio vegetable oil based inks.
