Project: Marketing high end residential property
– The brief required three naming and branding options for a premium housing development. The aim was to achieve the highest possible selling prices to subsidise an adjacent development of homes for shared ownership and social housing.
Calverts wrote and designed key messages around lifestyle and location themes for a young, affluent and culturally diverse audience.
The properties are going tomarket in Spring 2010, but the volume and quality of early enquiries is exceeding expectations.
