Calverts is a workers cooperative.

What does that mean?

Our employees jointly own and control the firm, putting into action the coop values of equity, solidarity, democracy, self-help, self-responsibility and equality.

We are an independent organisation, with a commitment to openness, strong business ethics and the commons.

Calverts is active in networks of coops in London, the UK, Europe and around the world. Coops share the goal of creating a different kind of economy – one that puts communities, workers and the environment first.
