To celebrate International Year of Co-operatives, The Co-operative Group and writer/illustrator Paul Fitzgerald have created a graphic novel to celebrate the history, scale and diversity of co-operatives.

Founded in 1844 by weavers and artisans who set up the first co-operative shop in Rochdale in 1844, their initiative kick-started a global movement with 1.4 million co-operatives and over a billion members worldwide.
