Cover image of CPAG publication Poverty One of Calverts most respected and established clients, The Child Poverty Action Group, has won a legal bid to stop the government clawing back millions of pounds in overpaid benefits. CPAG brought the case after 65,000 benefit claimants were warned they could face legal action if they did not pay back cash.

Founded in 1965, CPAG monitor official poverty statistics, research evidence on the shortcomings of the social security and tax credits systems and comment on any proposed policy changes likely to affect low-income families with children.
