Nothing to do with the delicious potato and scallion-based dish, ala CHAMP is a graphic and image-based journal featuring a cross-section of contemporary international art and culture.
Passionate about originality and independence, each issue showcases the movers and shakers, image-takers and creators, discovering new and emerging artists and designers worldwide.
Co-creators Joanna & Monique Kawecki have a passion for print and we were delighted when they chose to print locally with Calverts in London.
There are many things to admire about ala CHAMP – the stunning photography, the high production values, the gorgeous GMUND paper – what we particularly like is the brilliant (and economical) inclusion of two different covers, taking advantage of the maximum available space on a set of printing plates.
